This Coffee has been selected from HIGH FIVE after a great meeting, with a farmer owner that came into our store in December.

Aloys, the owner, and former agronomist, has been creating This farm as a cooperative for refugee womans from rwandan’s genocide. This place was only for woman, directed by womans, and helping them to recover, and protect them in larger scale.

This coffee grow at 1200m altitude, fully washed process, Aloys got a cupping note of 86, giving a full body in your mouth. really powerfull and earthy, some delicate notes of agrums, plums goes out of it. Strong coffee, perfect to get morning started in espresso/ mokka with this one.
